I’m not sure if this can be implemented, but I’d like to suggest an update to the “Reset Connection” feature in the “Notification” section, similar to how Nekobox handles it.
Not trying to compare, but in Nekobox, when users click "Reset Connection," the VPN icon stays visible, keeping the VPN IP address intact.
Meanwhile, in v2rayNG, using the "Service Restart" feature causes the VPN icon to disappear (since the v2rayNG service stops), then reconnects. This means that if a user is accessing certain apps or websites while using "Service Restart," their real IP is briefly exposed until v2rayNG reconnects. In some cases, this IP change forces the user to restart the app to regain the v2rayNG IP.
This might not be a big issue, but if it’s possible to improve, it could be worth considering. Many people appreciate the Restart Service feature in v2rayNG’s notifications, so whatever the decision, thanks for your hard work!
