Context

SyncThing is a service that allows for synchronous sharing of files across multiple machines. It's a useful resource for working with the same file system across multiple hubs. @colliand wishes to integrate SyncThing into ongoing work within Partnerships.

Proposal

Implement SyncThing into the software images available on the research delight hub.
