themes360info 0.1.0

• Move to using Roboto Condensed as the only supported theme font
  • Roboto Condensed is now distributed with the package

  • You can continue to use "Headline 360info" and "Body 360info" as the font families in graphics

• Added rsvg as a direct dependency (technically it's a dependency of magick and is listed there, but for some reason it isn't always installing properly)
• Plot headers are now black, rather than 360 blue

• Change the error when installed fonts aren't found to a warning, so that the package can still be used for assessment purposes without the installed fonts.
