Describe the bug

After exporting a GDevelop game to Android, using Cordova, the video stutters.
This seems to be related to Pixi 7 upgrade.

Steps to reproduce

Check pixijs/pixijs#11092 issue created on PixiJS side to understand what's happening.

hii.. I do have a video stutttering issue.. I thought the fps was a reason.. so I managed to balance the video fps and game fps to 24.. but still the video stutters. Is there a remedy or an old version?

I use the free tier version of 2 exports per day for android..
