Mobile Site Modal Issues

Describe the bug
On mobile, site does not recognize screen extents for modals--background does not extend to screen limits

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. On mobile, Enter any vowel into the search box
   2.launch the prompt builder
2. Note that the background does not align with the screen extents

Expected behavior
Background/modal should align with screen extents

Additional context
Might be resolved by creating a container for the entire view extent

Might be resolved by moving the modal markup within another container
