To create an automation, go to the Shortcuts app on the Iphone, then on Automation.
Click on "Create Personal Automation".
Make it trigger when it scan a specific NFC tag, and give it a name.
This is the automation you have to build: get your current location, then create a text that is *Your current date and time in ISO format - Longitude/Latitude - Whatever name you want to give to your activity."
Finally, make sure to disable "Ask before running" so you just have to tag the NFC tag.
