每天晚上8点下班,回到家差不多9点半了,因为是刚入行前端,感觉不知道从哪里入手提升自己,所以干脆什么都不做了。虽然思想上很想看书或继续写代码,但身体就是动不起来,坐在电脑前,随便刷刷微博、B站就11点了。我也知道这样不行,能否给一点建议,我也想跳到大厂去。

可以看下《微习惯》这本书,很多时候心里知道有更重要的事情要做,但就是提不起劲,沉迷在手机等娱乐中。可以先从微小的习惯养成,比如每天看书半小时再去娱乐等等,刚开始时候不需要制定多么宏大的规划和目标,就是简简单单的坚持就好了。一段时间后会有改观的。沉迷娱乐设备怎么办,看书时远离手机远离电脑,啥也不管沉下心来看
