HWiNFO has version mismatch

8.0 for install package, still 7.7.2 for the meta one. Has been an issue for a while now.

I think this may be caused by the Chocolatey package(s) being packed with an old version of Chocolatey. There was a change with how 2-part version numbers are handled, and the newer choco.exe handles that correctly.
