No default for columns output_token_cost_cents and input_token_cost_cents in table language_models

When using my locally hosted model, chats fail with errors because the language_models table has NULLs in the output_token_cost_cents/input_token_cost_cents columns.

This change fixes it:

But a db-migration might be better to set up the default value of 0.

Thanks for reporting this. I just merged in PR #606 which fixes it.

Ok good, I just added another pull request, realizing the UI wasn't collecting those values:

This also adds a default to the db and validates (presence) in the model
