Description of the bug

Studio retrieves and generates models for all XSD files present in the repository. We should probably restrict it to the models folder.

This bug was reported by DIBK (see: https://altinn.slack.com/archives/C02EJ9HKQA3/p1737112161063279?thread_ts=1737106972.355399&cid=C02EJ9HKQA3)
