OnlyDust - create new project list

Create a list of 3-5+ doable, bite-sized projects on Aztec. Each should be composed of 1-5+ issues that can be done in a 1-3hr window by a decently competent/experienced solidity dev. They should be fun, approachable, compelling, exciting, maybe a bit cheeky/cute - they should get devs excited about wanting to build and easy enough to take on and complete. Ideally they should also be impressive, cool or meaningful use cases (would I click on this on twitter?)
