Was thinking of imp during onboarding, but
Good news (On V2 will be less of a pain, as the switch is not physical, thus the device enters deep sleep instead of full battery disconnection)
But we still need to solve it:
Move device settings to settings page
Guides and support should be highlighted further
An individual item on device settings, about how to charge it, opens a separate page with images and clear instructions
This page above should also be accessible from device details page below the battery indicator
Intercom/Gleap should include in FAQ sections this guide (maybe click above opens intercom guide, if that one looks great already
Bot / Intercom or gleap, knows how to answer this question
