I noticed Rush only supports osu beatmaps and not any taiko beatmaps... Is this intentional or just not implemented yet?

osu itself doesn't support conversions from non-osu!std beatmaps

it's fine, because we could write standalone convert tool

It's easier for the problem to fix upstream, AFAIK it's a single line change to allow song select to show non-std maps. If you're interested in addressing the problem upstream.
