The app is currently using version 3.3.6.

Describe the bug
Cannot delete automation. I deleted the automation originally and created one with the same name. Then the automation I originally deleted showed up again and was not able to delete from that point forward
To Reproduce

Expected behavior
The automation is deleted

hey @A3DataSolutions - we couldn't recreate this in Budibase 3.4.1. If it's still a problem for you on that version could you please send us an app export?
