argument parse failed: invalid type: floating point `0.0`, expected u32 #542

When inserting a video to a playlist at given position, the position is parsed as float and rejected.

Example:

~/.cargo/bin/youtube3 playlist-items insert -r snippet.playlistId=plid -r snippet.resourceId=vid -r snippet.position=0
