Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, the "deleted issues" table(s) look identical to the other tables, save for a small label. To reduce confusion, let's make the text content of the "deleted issues" table(s) be strike-through'ed.

@damithc , would you like the tables to be set to opacity < 1 as well?

@HollaG Hmm... will that give the wrong impression that the table is disabled? Let's go without it for now.
How about we use grey text for the table heading?

The grey header looks off to me and might make the table's purpose even less noticeable in my opinion.

I'm fine to keep it normal color too.

May I suggest removing the drop shadow from the 2nd table, I feel like that is a good way to differentiate the 2 while making the first table more popped.
