The results from https://catalogue.library.cern/backoffice/patrons?q=John.Apostolakis%40cern.ch&order=asc&p=1&sort=bestmatch
vs.
https://catalogue.library.cern/backoffice/patrons?q=john.apostolakis%40cern.ch&order=asc&p=1&sort=bestmatch
don't match because the search is case-sensitive.

This is requested in RQF1962860
