Public / Subscriber incident status

Hi,
First, thanks for this useful tool !

It seems that there is no option for setting default visibility of created incident. I searched through doc or issues, but can't find anything.
I'd like the incident to be created "private" at the beginning, then we'll choose when it'll be available to anyone.
Is it possible ? Or is it something that should be handled in Cachet config ?

I'm currently looking for the same feature.
It would be very nice if you could set the visibility of the incident per monitor configuration.
