[Bug]: Some pastes will be auto transferred to Image as an input, e.g. Copy text from PPT

Bug Description

Some pastes from other sources will be transferred to images as input. However, some models or tasks do not support or do not need the image, and if we send the image it will report an error. We need a switch to turn off the auto image transfer function.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open a PPT
2. Copy some texts
3. Paste to the dialog box (Using Claude Sonnet 3.5)
4. Sent message (text has been transferred to the image)
5. See the error

Expected Behavior

Add a switch to turn off the auto image transfer function
