adding passyunk to pypi

Hey all,

I noticed that passyunk wasn't on pypi, so it was a bit difficult to install it as a dependency in python packages. I put it on pypi myself so that I could use it for this use case. but I imagine it should be maintained by whoever manages the repo itself so any changes can be reflected in future versions. All this entails is someone creating a pypi account, and then I can make them the maintainer instead of myself so that they have control of the description and the version bumping.

I'm fine with maintaining it myself if that's easier as well. Also, if this is an issue in any way, I can immediately take it down off of pypi, just let me know!
