header hidden=YES 时，调用 beginRefreshing ， header 位置下移

怎么样重现这个bug
截图为测试demo，注意点：进入页面后，直接点击刷新按钮调用 beginRefreshing 才会出问题，如果进入页面后，先手动下拉刷新，则不会出现问题
