Ability for platform admin to delete spaces with assets #398

As platform admin, I would like to deactivate as well spaces that have issued token.

These space will not be anymore visible to users.
The distributed coin will as well disappear an will not be visible on the accounts.
Space accounts will not be shown when user search for accounts to make a transaction.

We can as well deleted the spaces in case we still have a backup of older data.
