Describe your proposed solution

Have a button that leads to the changelog in in "Update Completed!"; this can have the same behavior as the "See Latest Changes" button in the launcher settings. A very minor change but it'd helpful for those who'd like to see the latest changes after each update :)

Describe alternatives you've considered

Going to settings after every update, which is more tedious than the proposed solution.

(also on another note, I think I've been getting the "Welcome to Collapse!" notification after every time closing the app even after clearing it; can this fixed? nvm it seems to have gone away now but i could've sworn it was like that...)
