Introduce a Tool Bar for Custom Nodes

Custom nodes should have a interdependent toolbar below main application UI bar. My Laptop width is 2560px, and my desktop UI is 3440px, neither offer a good experience using workflow tabs due to custom nodes subsequently required for workflows, or useful in general.

I propose a dedicated UI bar be added to custom nodes, possibly utilizing current IDs (to allow seamlessly moving them without custom nodes all doing it on their own) and give ComfyUI system UI elements new unique IDs.

With the current system, and just 3 custom nodes adding to the bar, I can barely even see a second tab on my laptop, and on my desktop it isn't much better. There should be more strict placement of extension pieces within the UI.

Currently you can choose 2nd row for workflow tabs:

Oof. Should have clicked it. I figured it'd want to put it on the sidebar or bottom bar. Lol

I still think reordering is in ... Order. From a professional pov when they are prompted to install 15 packs from a workflow that the UI isn't nuked requiring configuration.

Yeah, even with workflow tabs in the 2nd row, I think a Custom Nodes bar would be a good idea.

Here is my "wishlist" for a dedicated Custom Nodes bar:

• It could be placed on top or on the bottom.
• The number of rows would increase if necessary, to display all buttons.
• There would be a button, in the main Topbar, to show / hide the Custom Nodes bar.
• We could have user settings to place "favorite" Custom Nodes in the main Topbar, so that they would be always be visible.
