Reconfigure the current implementation of high-resolution land cover data processing workflow based on engagement with users. A fractional cover type approach would be better than current resampling of all data to the finest resolution. This will decrease processing times significantly when using HR land cover data.

Notes from Meetings:
When a user brings their own data into the plugin we need to change the resampiling to the more efficient geoprossessing fractional cover type. We also need to test that fractional cover is indeed more efficient.
We need to run an analysis to check whether fractional cover is indeed faster than nearest neighbor resampling. Once understanding that, the change will be implemented (if really necessary i.e. faster processing) on the plug-in, given the demand is to speed up processing/resampling of local data imported to Trends.Earth
