I temporarily got around issue #449 by commenting out the problematic lines but then when I tried to import cytnx in python, I had another issue:

I ran

import sys
sys.path.insert(0,CYTNX_ROOT)
import cytnx

and got the error message

Fatal Python error: PyMUTEX_LOCK(gil->mutex) failed
Python runtime state: unknown

zsh: abort      python
