Put compilation's and tests' logs in PR comment task fails with Bad credentials message

Describe the bug
Comments containing build status and error messages no longer appear in PRs. The task fails with:

comment-on-pr workflow uses GITHUB_TOKEN for authentication:
.github/workflows/comment-on-pr.yml:21: github_token: ${{ secrets.GITHUB_TOKEN }}

Requires more investigation since this cannot be explained with an expired token 🤔
