For extra clarity on the objectivity of the evaluators, I think it would be great if the jury could (individually or as a group) write a small (Twitter-format or LinkedIn-reference style) comment for every awarded project which mentions any specific indicators leading to their decision. We have identified that expert jury is sometimes involved in projects in their category.
Due to the interest of Jury in both open and topic and the limited size of local communities and networks, this can easily happen.
We should put a statement about how we handle this biased situation to avoid bias in the choice.
