see i do see that symbols are escaped in markdown but is it possible in doctags also? |

When returning Docling's Doctag, escape symbol present in content should already come after escaped like (> :
>or < :<) to make doctag traversing easier for users. This will allow users to efficiently rely on custom traversing function for them as per their need. Currently if user develops their own code to traverse the doctag it breaks on encountering if any escape symbols is present in documents.I saw certain PDFs having content like or but they mix up with tags used in doctags so it will be good if content in doctags come in escaped manner only.
