Presumably, we’re missing an os.MkdirAll somewhere:

2019/07/08 15:57:20 main.go:203: rendering manpages: writing sourcesWithManpages: rename /srv/manpages.debian.org/tmp/debiman-290526284 /srv/manpages.debian.org/www/buster-backports/sourcesWithManpages.txt.gz: no such file or directory
