Não está traduzindo automaticamente essas strings.
Estou tentando alterar o arquivo CSV e os arquivos cc-Form.html para ver se altera, alguma sugestão? Isso já foi resolvido?

Olá @marciovillela recomendo utilizar algum modulo para tradução externo como RafaelStz, foi a alternativa que encontrei para meus clientes. inserido nele da seguinte forma:

"Card Owner","Titular do cartão"
"Choose a number of installments","Selecionar o número de parcelas"
