Review imported AfPO terms

While working with HANCESTRO, I noticed that the term "Tamil" is listed as a child term of "Eastern African." (https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ols4/ontologies/hancestro/classes/http%253A%252F%252Fpurl.obolibrary.org%252Fobo%252FAfPO_0000171). Tamil people are primarily from South Asia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tamils#), and I think the term should be reclassified.

Thank you for your feedback @EMRutherford. I have passed it on to my AfPO colleagues with the suggestion that their term be renamed to Tamil Mauritian. If they accept the suggestion, we will create a separate term for Tamil in HANCESTRO and classify it as per your suggestion, then create an overlap link between the HANCESTRO and AfPO terms.
