[FEATURE] Story map

• Develop story map using https://github.com/alvarotrigo/fullPage.js library - ENAC-IT4R.
• Provide content for story map (EIRA team).

Specification for the Story Map App:

• Let's aim for a minimalist design and use this template as our basis: https://storymaps.arcgis.com/stories/80c2e4ff9a04461f98780a7505779131
• For each slide, we need:
  • A text behavior that displaces while scrolling from the bottom to the top
  • The ability to display images and web map applications
  • Smooth transitions between slides
• For the full webpage, we should strive for generality. It would be great if we could use a single JSON file to configure the site. The JSON file would look like this:

General question: when we open the website, would it be possible to land on the story map?

•  Before slide 1:
  Possible to add a title page? cf. the 1st slide of the initial ppt.

•  Slide 1 Nouakchott, Mauritania:
  French: “ depuis le milieu des années 1950 ET couvre »
  French and English: superscript for km2 and m3 for the units

•  Slide 2 Flooding issues:
  French: « DEPUIS 2010, une augmentation de la fréquence des inondations a été observée ET certaines parties de la ville sont inondées en permanence »
  English: « SINCE 2010, an increasing frequency of flooding events has been observed, while a portion of the city has remained flooded.»
  “and therefore reduced infiltration around the city.” + the period is missing at the end of all sentences.

•  Slide 3 Hydrogeological context:
  Please check the complementary powerpoint presentation, I updated the slide

•  Slide 4 [no title]:
  Could we add a title to this slide, similarly to all the other slides? It could be "Impact of the flooding" "Impact des inondations"

•  Slide 5 Project Description and Goals:
  Please refer to the complementary powerpoint presentation for the new layout and the text corrections

•  Slide 6 Project objectives:
  French: « MODELISATION ECO-HYDROGéOLOGIQUE » as the title of the box (instead of "Modélisation hydrogéologique – dynamique végétale")
  English: in the plant physiology section: “soil-plant-atmosphere” (remove space before atmosphere)
  « ECO-HYDROGEOLOGY MODELLING » as the title of the box (instead of "Hydrogeologic-plant dynamic Modelling"

•  Slide 7 Première campagne de mesures:
  French: « La première campagne de mesures » (pas de -s à la fin de mesure) in the title and text
  English: all good

•  Slide 8 Groundwater monitoring:
  Is it possible to keep the map that was included in the original powerpoint presentation instead of the zoomable map imbeded on the story map?

•  Slide 9 Transpiration monitoring:
  Please update the figures of the slide with the one form the supplementary powerpoint presentation. Can the reference to ICT international stays under the bottom left figure?

•  Slide 10 Targeted tree species:
  Please update the picture for Casuarina equisetifolia and Phoenix dactylifera by the ones in the complementary presentation and add the vernacular names:
  Azadirachta indica (Quinin/Nim)
  Casuarina equisetifolia (Filao)
  Eucalyptus camaldulensis (Eucalyptus)
  Phoenix dactylifera EN = (Date palm/Nkhal) FR = (Palmier-datier/Nkhal)

•  Slide 11 References:

•  Is it possible to switch the slide 9 Transpiration Monitoring with the slide 10 Targeted tree species, in order to have first the targeted tree species and then the transpiration monitoring?

•  In the initial powerpoint presentation for the story map, there were 4 extra slides between the current slide "Targeted tree species" and "References". Would it be possible to include them in the story map? I included an updated version in the supplementary presentation with pictures to make it more friendly (Link to the interactive map; project partners; project team, acknowledgements)

•  In the supplementary powerpoint presentation there are new slides to include:

• insert the slide “Origine des inondations” “Origin of the flooding” between the current slides 2 Flooding issues and 3 Hydrogeological context
• insert the slide "Second field campaign" "Deuxième campagne de mesure" between the current slides 7 Première campagne de mesures and 8 Groundwater monitoring
• insert the slide with the ENAC research day after the Slide 10 Targeted tree species (and before the 4 missing slides). => Question: would it be easy to add subtitles to the video? Do you know how to do that?
