default files that we're missing

I've created an issue regarding some new features in the template, what need to be discuss:

• Are we all okay by adding husky as a commit-hook utils other options are: https://prettier.io/docs/en/precommit.html
• Is it okay to add commit-lint and directions on how to use standard-version tool in the template ?
• I think it'll be great to have nginx/Makefile/docker-compose file with our default readme in this template also. Waht do you think . @blueur @sbancal @regislon @charlottegiseleweil ?
