@Guilhembp Could you take a look at the map and see if there's anything else, related to the basic map display to adjust ?

When checking the map of Djibouti on the lab-trsc-dev.epfl.ch, I see that some points are missing (the ones from 2022). In total, there should be 31 points, as you can see in this excel file:

DJI_3D_mapping_all_results.xlsx

Just like in the makeup, it would be nice to see the sites from 2022 in one color, and the ones from 2023 in a different ones. As for the ones referring to the permanent monitoring sites, I will give them to you asap.

Also - when I tried to check on the ENAC-IT repository to check for the f3D mapping file you had, I got this message:

This item might have been deleted, expired, or you might not have permission to view it. Contact the owner of this item for more information.

Edit: Sorry, I just saw: #27

@Guilhembp I'm using the Expeditions.xlsx for displaying the info on the map. Cleary it seems that the current Expeditions.xlsx is based on data without 2022.

Example of a line
EXP2023_DJ_001,11/12/23,17:21,Maskali / Moucha,Sunken Buoy,3D,3D Mapping,"Anders, Devis, Jonny, Gabi",11.695854,43.145544,11.695467,43.146025,-

What should be the 'process' to have the correct 'processed' Expeditions file ?

I'll try to convert the All_projects_timeline.xlsx to Expeditions

@guilbep best would be to use the All_projects_timeline.xlsx where you see all of the field work we have done for all the projects.

So please, do not use the Expedition.xlsx anymore.

For you to know: the experiment column refers to the various projects we have:

3D = 3D mapping
SG = Seascape Genomics
MP = Marine Pollution
Sam = Symbiont diversity
echi = Echinoderm diversity
eDNA = environmental DNA

For Oman, I would like to display only 3D, eDNA and Seascape Genomics.

thank you
