Network Stability Monitor - Monitors network status and outputs any outliers such as high latency or no connection. Useful on servers, where you can just leave it running for a day and come back to check on the output to see how often the connection suffers.
Performance Monitor - Monitors CPU usage and outputs information on started/stopped/high-usage processes. Useful on servers or on your local PC to help detect suspicious processes that spike CPU usage such as unwanted updates, unwated AV activity or even malware.
