Get Tempus Dominus Instance

Is there any way to get the instance of TD from the <div> (or <input> for that matter).
I'm having some trouble getting the TD instance (if possible), because I'm trying not re-instance an <div/input> that already has TD.

Example:

function FirstFunction() {
    const input = document.getElementById("#divDTP");
    const dtp = new tempusDominus.TempusDominus(input);
}

function SecondFunction() {
    const input = document.getElementById("#divDTP");
   //Here i want to get the already instanced TD input
}

Why don't you move const dtp = new tempusDominus.TempusDominus(input); outside firstFunction?
