Losing email passwords on restart - ajenti-v, 1.2.23.8

Problem: When the pc restarts the email passwords are lost and need to be entered via the UI again.
The passwords are still within mail.json intact.

Manual workaround: From the UI retype the passwords on the email accounts.

Specs:

• Ajenti-v 1.2.23.8
• Ubuntu 14.04.4 LTS (GNU/Linux 3.13.0-92-generic x86_64) on a KVM
• Exim version 4.82 # 3 built 14-Mar-2016 18:19:41
• Courier IMAP 4.10.0-20120615-1ubuntu3
• Courier AuthLib UserDB 0.63.0-6ubuntu1

If you go to the panel and change 1 password and press save everything should be back
I have this error for years now and I'm used to it.

Would love to know if theres a none manual solution to this, is there a command line command that can be run on restart that will re-apply the mail.json config ?
