Make sure repeater disabled state looks right (with both list and thumbnail views) in theme

There has been some work done to make repeater sub-controls look and behave better when the repeater is disabled, some of them stylistic changes. The mctheme might need some updates based on that work to ensure it looks good when the repeater is disabled
