GCSへ保管するとして、/syncの条件(指定したfragmentに対応したsyncを返す/最新のfragmentを取得)が難しい
Firestoreとの併用が必要か

BLOBを直接叩き込むのは悪そうだけど、SQLiteなどではその方が良いアプローチかも
