Instead of having a modal/popup for connect wallet like we have now, we could consider 'blocking' the whole dapp and not rendering anything if the user hasn't connected to any of the connectors yet - and only render the dapp if there is an active connection. We could do so via an overlay that takes over if there are no active connections.
