Feature Request: Include custom key mapping for muting specific apps

Just like mappings for increasing and decreasing volume, the ability to map muting hot-keys would be beneficial. Alternatively, having a system mute that toggles the "speaker mute" (not sure what it's actually called) radio button for all apps would solve the issue I'm having.

Can there also be a feature to add a keyboard shortcut to toggle mute on the foreground app? (This saves the last used volume instead of having to go to 0 if you mute by decreasing volume on the foreground app)
