Provide a Previous Tip ⬅ button and Next Tip ➡ button in Tipster Window. #35

By providing Previous Tip ⬅ button and Next Tip ➡ button in Tipster Window, it is easy to navigate in previous tip or next tip (specially for Previous tip) rather than going to "tip" menu then clicking on previous or next tip option.

IMO we should avoid adding widgets to the window. They would distract when using Tipster as a Replicant on the Desktop. We could add shortcut keys though that can be used when in window mode.
Additionally, and usable as Replicant as well, maybe add right mousebutton to go to previous tip. Not obvious, granted, but I see the usage as Replicant more as being a slideshow than interactive anyway.
