After changing to a different viewpoint, FOV annotations should remain where they were in the previous viewpoint.
Actual behavior
After changing to a different viewpoint, FOV annotations translate along with the canvas. FOVs are then located in a different location relative to the solar sphere.
For example, from Earth's viewpoint the FOV lies over the active region at the center of the solar disk:
After changing to Venus's viewpoint, the FOV now lies over a different location:
Steps to reproduce the behavior
Place an FOV annotation anywhere on the canvas. Viewpoint in the image layer section on the left can be enabled or disabled while placing the annotation. After placing the annotation, enable Viewpoint if is not already enabled and select a different viewpoint (e.g., Venus or Mercury). The FOV annotation should then translate along with the canvas.
By switching back to the original viewpoint (or disabling Viewpoint if it was originally disabled), the FOV annotation returns to its initial location.
