Vehicle Manufacture Tutorial - Side bar stops working once closed

Within the Vehicle Manufacture tutorial view demo (eg https://vehicle-manufacture-20180319113646442.mybluemix.net/tutorial); Once opened up and used a bit of the tutorial view and then minimize is (either via top left X at any point or complete tutorial selecting to re-do flow outside tutorial mode) the buttons for Buyer, Manufacturer & Regulator stop working.

Sometimes this needs some transactions to be put through the demo to make this error occur
