Varnish 7.2.0 is out

Good call @shveik. One thing we discussed many moons ago was supporting both 6.x and 7.x. I'm not sure how different the CLIs and APIs are for varnish between the versions offhand, but hopefully their differences won't impact the operator/controllers in this project. Will try it out next week.

I started this a while back but got pulled into other things. TBH, I don't remember where I was with it. I have a feature branch for it here. Feel free to take it over it you have time to do so. :) I currently don't have the bandwidth to take this on.
