Incorrect Value range for ROI Horizontal Offset - EHO (9.300-C)

The MRT and therefore the documentation contain several errors, another one of the errors are:

ROI Horizontal Offset - EHO (9.300-C) Value range states {1..50000} this is incorrect, as stated in ANSI/NIST-ITL 1-2011
Update: 2015 the value range should be {0..50000}

The ROI Vertical Offset - EVO (9.300-D) value also has the same issue.
