Direction - CDI (09.320-C) Value range states {-179..180} this is incorrect, as stated in ANSI/NIST-ITL 1-2011
Update: 2015 the value range should be {0..359}

This stems from Issue #11 where your MRT and documentation are actually based on 2013 spec but should be based on 2015 spec.
