This is the thinnest possible patten draft right now ;) does this idea stem from an ISPO working group discussion or similar? Anything we can link to for more context?

First proposal:

Patlet: A badging system addresses the challenge of recognizing, tracking, and motivating achievements and skills, providing clear validation and fostering ongoing engagement.

Problem: A badging system solves the problem of effectively recognizing, tracking, and incentivizing achievements, skills, and behaviors in a way that motivates individuals, validates their progress, and fosters engagement, while also providing clear, verifiable proof of accomplishments.
