See EnzymeAD/Enzyme.jl#1771 (but we now also ought do for MTL)

CUDA.jl has Enzyme rules for CuArray constructors, and kernel launches. See https://github.com/JuliaGPU/CUDA.jl/blob/master/ext/EnzymeCoreExt.jl

Importing MTLArray versions of these here would enable a similar level of functionality on Metal and likely benefit many users.
